1. Not legal advice

Mizan Adl is an AI research assistant. Its output is not legal advice, does not establish an attorney-client relationship, and must be reviewed by a licensed UAE attorney before being relied on.

2. Acceptable use

• You may use the service for personal legal research, drafting, and contract review.
• You may not upload material you do not have the right to disclose.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or user-isolation controls.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password and refresh tokens secret.

4. Quotas and rate limits

Per-user LLM token quotas and request rate limits apply. Exceeding them returns HTTP 429 until the window resets.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of files, drafts, and conversations you create. We retain ownership of the public legal corpus and operational answer-quality metadata.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any legal answer, draft, or citation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
